Due to health and sanitation safety, there are no refunds or exchanges on hair extensions or clothing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please choose the correct sizing and correct products. Items sent back to us without notification will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 3 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like hair extensions, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), swimwear, under garments, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted, sale items or gift cards.
